Backstage Disaster is a rock-band management game where talent is optional, ego is inevitable, and something will probably catch fire.

It’s 1987. Recruit four questionable musicians, write songs, rehearse, play increasingly ambitious gigs, release records, survive the press, manage spectacular personality clashes and try not to go bankrupt.

Your goal is simple: become rock stars.

Unfortunately, your band members have other plans.

Features include: terrible decisions, unreliable vans, inflated egos, angry journalists, destroyed guitars, dubious record deals and the occasional genuinely good song.

Can you guide your band from a sweaty pub to superstardom — or will you end up as a three-line footnote in the history of rock?
